Scorched Earth Party on HaitiI, Jeff Vogel, presidential candidate of the Scorched Earth Party, would like to take a moment to mourn the sad lost opporotunity in Haiti. Having Jimmy Carter walk out of the high level talks holding one despot's severed head aloft in one hand as the entrails of the second drip ichor down his suit would be the perfect capping of this whole foreign policy adventure. It would show the world that were sick and tired of acting weak and stupid. It would show the world we were going to start acting STRONG and stupid. World leaders would quake in their beds.
